Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Consultant at Cyber8, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand reputation, online presence and attract new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, optimize campaigns, and ensure our messaging resonates with our target audiences. Your expertise will be key to driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
       
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities

  • Campaign Management:
       
    • Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing).
    • Optimize campaign performance through continuous analysis and adjustment of targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.

  • Content Creation & Management:
       
    • Work with internal and external content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness.
    • Ensure all content is aligned with Cyber8’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
       
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools
    • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to drive strategy refinement and ROI improvements.

  • Collaboration & Consultation:
    • Advise internal stakeholders on best practices for digital marketing initiatives and emerging trends.
    • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external vendors or agencies to ensure cohesive execution of digital projects.
  •  
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on industry developments, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing tools or techniques.
    • Implement testing and learning frameworks to continually refine digital strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Background:
    • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
    • Experience working with B2B or technology-driven organizations is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, etc.) and analytics tools.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing strategies.

  • Analytical Competency:
    • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.

  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
    • Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
